Happy Anniversary! One month ago I started this blog and my New Year resolution project (to exercise for at least 30 minutes each day; and write a book about how to achieve New Year Resolutions). The basic goals I listed one month ago included:
- Write more frequently in an organized way.
- Connect with my friends more frequently.
- Achieve my New Year's Resolutions (which I faithfully make, and do keep).
- Show more of my photography.
The good news is I've achieved all four goals, so far. Even better, coming here everyday has also helped me to focus on some larger goals. I've always written things down: goals,work and personal lists, New Year resolutions, etc. For many years I have kept a daily journal - pen to paper - which helps to keep me focused on today, and thinking forward toward tomorrow. Bottom line, this blog has been a success for me personally. What I need to do next is review the past month's activities, take stock and start planning for February and March.
All activities that I'll take up tomorrow, as it's getting late and I need to do 30 minutes of stretching and light Yoga (I did a heavy work out yesterday). Better 'get to it'!
