Adequate sleep, good nutrition, exercise, relaxation, and a bit of fun are high on my list of daily priorities. That means that vitamins are part of the mix. Some folks have a problem remembering to floss. Flossing, thankfully, is a trusted habit, but I often forget my vitamins, so I am taking steps to make sure they are a fulfilled 'Daily Resolve' deserving of a foil star on my wall calendar. One easy strategy is to take them in the morning with breakfast. I stretch and work out with free weights in the morning, so it makes sense to make vitamins a morning habit. Putting them where I can see them in the kitchen also helps. These common sense steps seem to be paying off - my last blood test showed that my Vitamin D levels are increasing, so I plan to continue with small, proactive strategies that will keep health and happiness resolutions front and center. They do pay off over the long haul!
