On a regular basis - typically each morning, but once each week at a minimum - I review my action plans for dreams and resolutions. As a lifelong writer and journaler this is actually a process that I love. My journals, spiral notebooks, wall calendars, and daybook calendars serve as wonderful tools in my effort to record and track progress, and in turn celebrate hard won victories that are made possible via small daily steps. When I am feeling overwhelmed, or frustrated that my progress is too slow, I pull out my journals and calendars and review the progress. Even when progress is moving at a snail's pace, at the end of each year always have a list of achievements about which I am very proud. Keeping one's focus and keeping things in perspective are key to this small daily step approach.
With this strategy in mind, I intend to 'Trust Small Daily Steps Add Up To Big Victories Over Time', as part of my Second Annual I Resolve To . . . Challenge: 365 Resolutions For Health & Happiness.
